I've not been in touch with Diablo III for quite sometime. I understand there are occasional bonus experiences granted by Blizzard every now and then but this video went pretty viral over the days. I am just amazed I am still confused how was he able to pull this off so perfectly?

Shuffling Paragon levels? Gems? moded Amulets and Rings? Bonus auras and buffs? what else... This article with the video displayed here looks legit and seems like it was witnessed by twitch users. Please if someone can help in this regards I would really appreciate because I would consider power leveling up few more toons.
