    Sunfall vs Starfall damage?

Are the spells that Glyph of Solstice replaces intended to be weaker than their non-glyphed counterparts? Sunfall is only hitting "up to 2 targets" vs Starfall hitting "all enemies."

Hurricane hits for "15.825% of Spell power" and costs "10% of base mana" while Astral Storm hits for "12% of Spell power" and costs "25% of base mana."

I get that the mana is irrelevant, but the other two seem like an awfully big trade-off. Thoughts?

    Starfall Lunar
    6.0% of base mana
    Instant 30 sec recharge
    3 Charges
    Requires Druid (Balance)
    Requires level 76
A Lunar spell that strikes all enemies within 40 yards. Deals (20% of Spell power) Arcane damage every 1 sec for 10 sec.

    vs

    Sunfall Solar
    6.0% of base mana
    Instant 30 sec recharge
    3 Charges
    Requires Druid
    Requires level 76
You summon a flurry of solar bolts from the sky which strike targets within 40 yards. Deals (20% of Spell power) Nature damage to up to 2 targets every 1 sec for 10 sec.

    Hurricane Solar
10.0% of base mana 35 yd range
    Channeled
    Requires Druid
    Requires level 42
A Solar spell that creates a violent storm in the target area causing (15.825% of Spell power) Nature damage to enemies every 1 sec. Lasts 10 sec. Druid must channel to maintain the spell.

    vs

    Astral Storm Lunar
25.0% of base mana 35 yd range
    Channeled
    Requires Druid
    Requires level 42
Creates a violent magical storm in the target area causing (12% of Spell power) Arcane damage to enemies every 1 sec, . Lasts 10 sec. Druid must channel to maintain the spell.

My last question is ... When you glyph "Untamed stars" (your Starfall and Sunfall now hit all enemies within 40 yards.) would it now be a dps increase to use sunfall since it does a base of roughly 200 more damage to each target?

It's old tooltips, the spells are the exact same except for changing spellschool.

Everything that you see in those tooltips are just typos, sunfall and starfall are the same spell, with the difference that starfall scales off the lunar eclipse and sunfall off the solar. Sunfall is better for burst AoE, when you should control the eclipse bar to your favor, due to the fact that you can apply sunfire and still be in the "right side" of the eclipse, making Sunfall have a higher average damage/hit with proper control. For sustained AoE the damage averages out to be the same, so that it doesn't really matter if you use the glyph or not.
