MoP scenarios

How do you (at level 100) get into MoP scenarios? There are a few achievements I'm still missing, but can't find a way to queue for them (solo or not)..

From second post:

To queue for old Scenarios and Raids you need to travel to the Seat of Knowledge in Vale of Eternal Blossoms.
There you can talk to Lorewalker Fu to queue for Normal Scenarios, Lorewalker Shin for Heroic Scenarios and Lorewalker Han to queue for old LFR raids.
