so just recently I noticed that prayer of mending does not have the increase healing depending on targets remaining health anymore.
just wondering if anyone knew when this changed or if its a bug.

It never did that in the first place to begin with. This was a tooltip bug which is why it's recommended to actually test things yourself first instead of trusting what the tooltip says.

Since WoD beta and it still says the same which is ofc incorrect.
