    What is the best stats for using DoC + Sotf?

    Haste/MS I believe, considering mastery has no effect for DoC heals. There's already a thread on it here:

    Haste comes out on top

    The other stats are pretty close to one another and it doesn'T matter much which (multi/mastery) you go for.
