What are ur talent? Armory? Name of ur guild to look on warcraftlog. With this we will be able to help u.

With 690 and an opti stuff u should pull 44k+

for Notter: i'm not a ww pro but some things i could pick up: you often forget to prepot, you could use more touch of karmas on the slice to get dps out of it, anc you underuse fists of fury(if you compare to the r1 dps ww on gruul he has 9 uses in 3:50 you get 6 in nearly 6 minutes)
But most importantly: don't die!
