guildie needs pro hunter help!

Hey guys I have a guildie who's struggling on meters he feels like he's doing what he can properly but he sees other logs and gets discouraged being lower than them.
We ran N BRF this week I forgot Warcraft logs but I do have ask Mr robot logs please take a look at logs this week and let me know how he can improve.

I mean, some basic stuff. I tried to look for the most single target thing I could find, but he sat on Gruul, so I picked Flamebender. I have no idea how the hell AMR's logs are organized, so I'm having some trouble finding some things:

1) 5:49 fight, he only cast Stampede once.
2) 51 out of 58 possible KCs
3) He seemed to focus cap multiple times.
4) His SF uptime seems low(ish).

AMR seems to have very little useful information. Try and do WcL if at all possible. He played better than the hunter above him, who managed to do FORTY FOUR out of a possible 58 KCs. It's just that the other hunter used Stampede twice, two potions, and has 7 ilvls on him.

Plus holy shit, his trinkets, they make me cry.

After having read that, he should know everything required to get good at hunter. The rest just comes with experience.

At Beastlord, he isn't Barraging + Beast Cleaving the adds as much as the other Hunter. DBM/BW has timers to show when the next pack will come, so save your skills accordingly. Same for Thogar, he probably wasn't saving MD + Barrage for add trains and thus got left behind in the padding meters. On Iron Maidens he died just before he could cast his 3rd Stampede, therefore losing a lot of theoratical DPS.

On Oregorger, he stood around doing nothing a whole lot. Comparing casts done, Bvlgari was almost TWICE as much more active than Godbow. Hunter's have no rotations, and this at any given point you should always be pressing a button, even if it is Steady Shot/Cobra Shot. This is also reflected by the extremely poor uptime of Steady Focus (37% when you want 85% or more) means he is left Focus starved for most of the fight. And then he dies to rolly phase.
