Liking it or not has not fact in the case. they ether press charges or don't. It's that simple, only problem sadly most women tend to get encourged or pressured into making it into a crime.
While men tend to get mocked out of it. But it still should not dimish the fact, that if it was an act forced upon them agaist their will. They hav the right to press charges and get some form of justice.
