Prepotting/Potions - cd doesnt start

i dont know is it a bug or smth, but:

Whenever I prepot, my agi potion just stays on cd during whole combat. Doesnt matter if I prepot 2, 5 or 10 sec before pull, so cant use it in combat.
Anyone got similar problem? It started about two weeks ago.

Is it happening if you literally click the potion in your bag before combat? Only in instances, or even on the Dummy in your Garrison?

Do you do anything that makes you enter combar before the pull?.

It also could be a visual bug - Icon stays grayed out but cooldown starts.

What happens if you use a potion but no one pulls? Does the cooldown last forever then?

That happens when you're in combat, so either you're doing it too late or it's a UI bug.

click the potion in your bag before combat?

Get that potion keybound you slacker!

Do you perhaps use an engineering item, rocket boost for example puts a cd on pot's as well.

Yep, unfortunately all of that cool engineering stuff that seems like it would be useful comes at the cost of sharing a cooldown with your potions.
