    Help me build my beast!

    Hey hey guys
so I recently sold my laptop http://www.amazon.com/G750JS-17-Inch...asus+rog+g750J and I want to build a tower!
    I've already decided on a case, so I don't need one http://www.amazon.com/Razer-Power-Su...rds=razer+case
Other then that, I'm not sure really where to start
I want this PC just for gaming, and I will probably try to get 3 1080p monitors for this setup
What kind of build can I get for around 950? (excluding peripherals and case)
I also need an OS and if you have any recomendations for a good wireless adapter, I would welcome them warmly.
    Thanks guys!

I included os and wifi adapter. If you can't handle the extra cost then you would have to drop the gtx970 for a 960.

Wait. You want to game on a 3 monitor setup for 950$? I'd say the monitors would cost 7-800 themselves for good thin bezel monitors. With such a low budget I'd go single screen if I were you. 3 monitor setups are for people willing to drop tons of cash on their rigs, and 950 isn't tons.

Or is your 950 budget not including the 3 monitors? If so, what monitors are you getting?

    ^^

Anyways Kostattoo's build is pretty much as good as it gets for your budget. When you mention 3 monitors I assume you just wanna game on one and have the other one or two for other stuff?

Why would you assume that though? No one needs 3 monitors of real estate unless you're doing substantial video/audio editing or gaming. And the OP doesn't mention the former.

With three screens in mind, I would sooner opt for a 290 then a 960. If the OP wants to game on all three of course

Hence the question mark at the end of my sentence.

To me Two monitors is optimal but I could easily do with 3. Don't think just because you might not have a use for it that 'no one needs 3...'

Hey guys, sorry for the late reply
The three monitors are more of a pipe dream later down the road and are on a separate budget
    I appreciate the build
I will be dumping money into this build for a long time, kind of an always work on progress thing
I'll probably just use two monitors for now
