Help me chosoe a new PSU.

Been having trouble lately with random shutdowns and graphic drivers stop working. I've already confirmed that it's not a software problem, or a RAM problem, so i've decided to invest in a new PSU.

    - I have 300$
    - I use a 24"(1920x1200) monitor and a 24"(1920x1080) monitor.
    - I play WoW and D3, all on ultra.
    - I'm buying a MSI gtx 980 4GB graphic

    Other parts:

    Intel i7 3820.
    4x4 1666Mhz corsair dominator RAM.
    H80 cpu cooler.
    Asus P9x79 motherboard.

I got a storm trooper case and i am using all the fans that came with it.

Technically yes but you can get a little extra headroom for about the same price:

    Even 450W are more than enough for a 980. Even a OC'ed 980 doesn't use more than 300W.
