We have an influx of 7 very good players and it has allowed us to replace under performing members. The improved team has killed 4 Mythic bosses in the past two weeks and we see no reason why Kromog won't go down this week. Come be part of the fun!

<Future> was formed in February 2014 with the simple goal of fully clearing all raid content while it is relevant, at a pace we are comfortable with, while maintaining an enjoyable atmosphere that people legitimately enjoy logging in to experience. We accomplished that goal in MoP, killing Heroic Garrosh 25-man early enough to get nearly everyone their mount, while maintaining exceptionally low roster turnover. We look to continue this success in mythic raiding in WoD.
Our goals are not exactly uncommon, so you may be wondering what makes us different than the other thousand guilds saying the same thing. Simply put, we are honest and straightforward. Have you ever been in a guild where you feel like you are a part of the core, you get patted on the back by the leadership, and next thing you know you have been recruited over? That is not how we go about things.
We believe in a fair and honest process. If there are things you need to improve upon, they will be communicated to you and you will be afforded every opportunity to improve. Sometimes it will work out and sometimes it will not, but we firmly believe that everybody deserves to know where they stand and be given an opportunity to improve it.
Now you may be wondering if taking the long view with raiders impedes the speed of progress. Maybe it does, but speed of progression is not the only thing that matters in an MMO--the people you progress with are what make the game enjoyable. Take two guilds that are progressing at approximately the same pace, one of which clears Mythic Highmaul two weeks sooner than the other. The guild that killed Mythic two weeks sooner is composed of a collection of "mercenary" raiders with little interest in one another, and after the kill there was nothing but sighs of relief.
The second guild, albeit slightly behind in progression, has an environment where people enjoy one another's company and look forward to raiding together--and after this guild clears Mythic, the nerd screams can be heard across neighborhoods. This is our guild. Which one do you want to be a part of?
Make no mistake, we are a heroic raid guild aiming to clear every raid tier when it is relevant. But if that is the only reason you are in a particular guild, or if you think a high quality social atmosphere and successful raiding are mutually exclusive, then you're doing it wrong.

Someone people have asked my why we're recruiting. We had a few people have to retire due to real life issues. And if you can beat our current raiders you deserve a spot. We believe in competetion, no mater what the role/class.
Just to be clear we have 2-3 raid spots open, no bench.
