A few weeks ago I killed gruul normal and he dropped loot. I didn't get anything, then I left the raid and played a game of LoL.

Queue up for some arenas and tell me there are no hacks in this game.

Sigh. You can "hack" and use things like kickbots, which are basically automated functions, but you can't "hack" the game and make your character do more damage than his gear will allow.
