Frost Dual Wield or 2H

Hello guys,

I am struggling what to play with my frost DK, dual wield or 2handed. Can you guys give me an advice?
I like dual wield better, but is it really lower on dps? and how is that gonna be in pach 6.2?

Apparently in 6.2 frost 2h is going to be the highest single target spec and unholy the highest aoe spec.

Not sure if this takes into account tier pieces.
