Who are we
In Inner Somnia we have fun. A lot of fun. We are a social guild with a very chilled raiding atmosphere(dark humor), which we want to combine with top performance.
To us our community is as important as our raiding. It is one of our strengths, people dedicated to this game love playing here together. You will see plenty of people playing in and outside WoW together hanging out on our Teamspeak server.
We also encourage a strong atmosphere of competition, and every raider understands that their spot is only theirs until someone better comes and beats them. Nothing makes people play better than feeling someone else breathing down their backs, wanting to take what they have, and we encourage competition actively.
Raiders are expected to attend these raids on a close to 85% basis.
Loot distribution
We use a loot council for fast and fair distribution of loot. The better you play, the more likely it is for you to receive the best items. We simply place loot where it will do the most good for progress purposes, and during farm on those who are most reliable and who performs the jobs required for the success of the raid without being told to.
