Whats the correct tank tacs for P3.

tank picks him up and moves to edge, that tank then gets the bomb - other tank taunts? and now the OT goes places the bomb.

As smash comes in the tank turns the boss around and raid soaks it. As that tank gets smashed away the other tank picks up the boss. But then he gets the bombs again and the same tank keeps taking the smash. How do you alternate it?

You just want to have 1 set tank take the bombs out and 1 tank facing and taking the smashes. So when the boss does the smash, he gets knocked back, then the other tank taunts back, positions him, and then when he gets the bomb, other tank taunts and does the smash again. Rinse and repeat.

Cheers. I thought you would alternate to use both tank cds on the smashes but that way seems easier.

If the phase goes on too long, taunting for both smashes and bombs will eventually lead to taunt immunity. Provided you have 5-6 melee, it is much simpler (and safer with regards to taunt immunity) to get smashed along the edge of the platform rather than into the middle, with only melee and the active tank soaking, and only taunting for Slag Bombs, rather than for both Slag Bombs and smashes.
