Muting Dungeon Finder / Raid Finder / Ready Check sound

Hey, is there any way to mute this sound? it's ridiculously loud and scares the shit out of me, especially as everything else is in a very low / regular volume...it's pissing me off >_<

EDIT: apparently "Group Finder Application Alert Mute" is supposed to help out with that, but i can't seem to be able to install it.

'To install it, just extract the downloaded zip and copy/paste the Sound folder into the main WoW directory. If it asks if you want to merge folders, click Yes. Do not install via the MMOUI Minion or Curse Client as they will try to install this as an AddOn (which won't work).'

i copy/pasted the extracted sound folder into the directory as it said...but it does nothing
