Exorsus Raid tools can do this I believe

I thought u couldn't mark human players anymore?.. only npcs... no?

A Addon like this you can't found them to do that 100% Automatically for all things only for spefic things.
A great Addon for this but you need to configurate it before the fight starts that Player should get marked is "Phoenix" phoenixstyle.com/index.php
