Probably cheating, yes. It's easy to write a script that clicks for you right after it switches color. The memory test is also easily cheatable by using printscreen or writing a bot for it

Yeah, shouldn't pay attention to the leaderbords.

Its more fun to compare to the average or just to simply test yourself.

Did it again for the second go and got around 240ms.

Fastest I have gotten in numerous of these tests was about 210-280 without "prefiring"

Should do a poll tbh. Also people getting 100-130 ms = cheating, luck and preclick ^^

220 was the best one, but overall, I am at like 270 on average.

264 average; 224 best. This is also at 5:47AM and like a few hours of sleep.

Memory I think I did pretty well in; got like 28k (again at 5:51AM; almost no sleep), and DIDN'T CHEAT. Those people with the top scores no doubt used their phones or just screenshotted for OP scores.
