Glyph of Ascendance?

Haven't seen it in action yet but I would very much like to. Currently unsubscribed, hoping this might bring a little flair back to my class (always hated Ascendance) and give me some sort of hope towards resubscribing.

I'm not able to obtain it on the PTR. Does anyone have access to it on the PTR, or is able to share some screenshots/videos they have? I honestly can't find any and I'm so keen to see how it is.
