Boomkin DPS help /w logs

hello,

New Boomkin here trying to improve my dps. Despite my ilvl I'm not seasoned as my guild has been fortunate enough to take me through heroic brf since I switched classes to balance the raid.

A few problems I'm aware of. Over refreshing my dots. Capping at three charges. Worrying about capping and not having sf up for adds. Moving too much. Canceling casts cause they are in the wrong eclipse

Working on improving my ui and figuring out how to come up with key bindings

Any help is much appreciated.

use Glyph of moonwarding, since it will give you 10% more stamina, apart from butcher there isnt one fight that needs the extra armor, switch it with glyph of dash

Bossfights at least the 3 on warcraflogs:
you only used 1 Int pot per fight, you need to use 2, use the second one at phases of needed raid dps or together with the second CA, BAD Birdy!^^

On Blackhand, you need to get up those balconies, with good positioning and flap as a talent you can get on the balcony after p1 ends.
Starfall is the best spell to clear the balconies.

you didnt use up your wrath proccs? how either you refreshed the before the old one was used up completly or you were using star in solar phase.
Use one Starfall at pull since you have 2 Enemies and all your procs up

Thank you! This is just what I needed to assist. As far as the potting, I think it was because I died before the lust phase or an early pull locked out my 2nd potion.

Your logs don't look bad, you seem to do a lot of things right. Aside from what has already been said your opener is something you should look after at. Make sure to fire a starsurge pre pull to get a double trinket proc and don't waste precious seconds of CA. Seikusa covered the rest pretty well.

Since most fights on mythic require require strong dps on one target(Darmac last phase, Thogar man at arms, flamebender wolfs, Kromog pillars) and to some extend also the heroic versions you should use euphoria. the dot speccs is just to rank higher on certain bosses.

Here you used while dreadwing lived only 5 starfires 5 wraths and 2 starsurges for singletarget dps?
the usage of starfall on darmac is good and you dont need to use starsurge that much but only 10 casts did you had to move so much? Trying to dot as much spears as possible, will not help your guild kill the boss.

is a good example you used a dot that lasted for like 9 seconds that is not enough to make it a worthwhile cast. since the other players in your guild oblitareted the spear.
try to do more single targetdps on darmac

your damage on the man at arms must be higher since moonkins arent a cleave class we must help with killing the priority targets.

this is just lazy play i guess.
Also focus the gunnery sergants, as long as he lives another dps has to move and loos dps because of the bombs

start with a starsurge and a dot on flamebender then go onto the add one starfall should last for the whole lifetime of the add, nuke the add until he is dead(maybe switch if the next cast will not finish on him(if he is at 10% or less when starting starfire)

Thank you. I will try to single target more and move less. Still geting used to that idea since I have been a ret pally for so long. On thro our guild focuses the firemender over man at arms Not sure if that matters but I still have trouble with movement on that fight. I use euphoria exclusively except on iron maidens where I use bop.

Iron Maidens is a single target Boss Nuke fight, since the hardest part of the fight is killing Marak as soon as you reach 20%, also the ships are pure single target.
But you have to decide to between Ranking and playing the Boss Mechaniks the right way.
