Boomkin gearing question

My druid: Melðdy-Stormrage (can't post)

I have the Heroic tier helm and a Heroic socketed non-tier glove with +50 mastery gem.
I just got the mythic Acidic Jaws. This gives a +41 Intellect, +15 Crit, -163 Haste, +214 Versatility if I use that instead of my tier helm. But in order to maintain my 4pc, I would have to get rid of my mastery socketed non-tier glove and change it for a Heroic tier. This would give me +122 haste, +2 multistrike, -176 Mastery.

So effectively I'm trading...

-43 haste, -176 Mastery
for
+41 intellect, +15 crit, +214 versatility, +2 multistrike

Is swapping out the tier glove worth the Mastery loss? I'm assuming it is, but I'd rather ask for opinions first from people that know what they're doing

It is a gain, though not a huge one (using some rough weights from memory it's approximately a loss of 120 points versus a gain of 137 points)

Without doing any math, i would say the mastery is worth keeping

even though it doesnt matter often dont forget that more ilevel also gives stamina
