OP, you forgot to add Carnival / Mardi Gras to the poll.
In some countries, baby booms happen 9 months after it.
I once worked in a firm in Brazil where half of the staff were "Sons of Carnival".

I was conceived a few months away from anything of importance. My little brother was probably conceived somewhere close to my 1st birthday though, since he's 1 year, 9 months minus 4 days younger than me.
