(LOOT) Fix my Skyrim Load order! D:

Heya guys!

So I'm fairly new to the whole Skyrim mod thing and I started off not knowing a whole lot about it; Installing an ENB manually without a mod manager
(I use Nexus Mod Manager now) and running without a Script Extender. I downloaded loot and from what I could tell, I seem to have the load order figured out. I'm not quite sure how LOOT works though, so I just figured it was ok.
Recently, however, I've been experiencing frequent crashes on startup (crash right after loading screen or when I begin to move around), I've ran Loot several times but I didn't come close to anything like an error, but I wanted to make sure, which is what brought me here.

I'm hoping it's not something more severe, and I'd like you guys to take a look at my LOOT (Keep in mind I'm a noob at this)
