Hello everyone!

Hyat is a newly created guild on the server Frostmane which are now aiming for raiding progress. We are a tight group of members at the moment and everyone of us has at some time raided hardcore or done something else high end related. We like to challenge ourselves and to push ourselves to our limits and hopefully yours aswell!

Our Expectations

A potential recruit has to be punctual and independent enough to have high raid attendance. This is especially important for progression raids. The recruit has to be competitive and always trying to improve his or her game. We are looking for players who want to deliver flawless performance and aren't satisfied with being average. It's also a huge plus if the player isn't afraid to talk, can bring his or her own ideas into the fight and is able to grasp the whole picture.

All raiders are expected to raid on a consistent basis and alts are welcomed, we tend to stack and min-max our lineup based on the encounter. Players are rotated; we try to keep favoritism somewhat low and offer everyone a shot. However, we won't trade raid strength for fair rotation on a difficult progression boss.

Loot System:
<Hyat> uses a loot council system. We determine loot off of the following:
- Attendance
- Performance
- Upgrade Value
- Attitude (to a degree)
- Loot recently received

Wednesday 19:00 – 23:00
Thursday 19:00 – 23:00
Sunday 19:00 – 23:00
