Tries on Trash is a mythic level guild based on Ner'zhul connected servers, and is a group of like minded players working to achieve the same goal of clearing end game content at the greatest difficulty we are capable of. Created during the beginning or Warlords of Draenor, we have made great strides towards building a solid raid team, in terms of both composition and the kind of players that it takes to raid at a mythic level. However, as we continue to progress, we are always looking for players that are willing to compete for spots, and to fill roles as we find a need for them.

Our Schedule:
Currently our schedule consists of three raid days, and they are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. First pull begins at 9PM central time, and raid ends at 12am central time. We encourage all of our raiders to be online as early as they can in order to have the full group prepared by the time of pull, generally ~8:45 central. We do not continue pulls after raid end, as we understand people have other business to take care of, and would not wish to keep them longer than 12. We also run an alt/optional run on Sundays at 9c, which is a more light hearted and relaxed run. This is also often where we start with trials before they server transfer to see how they fit in with our group.

What we need:
We actively accept many players for trial if they think they can compete for their desired role regardless of our current needs. We also keep a bench of several players that changes based on the current fight, player performance, as well as keeping the raid equally geared on farm content. Our raiders understand that, while only 20 players fight a mythic boss at once, a raid team requires more than 20 players, and that if someone is not in for a current kill, they will still have their chance to earn the kill like everyone else in the group.

Our current needs for end Blackrock Foundry progression are:
An experienced mythic level healer (No priest, Prefer MW monk or Rsham)

What we expect:
As a general idea of what we expect from our raiders, we look for a balance of two core ideas:
We are aiming to progress through high level content, and must take it seriously
We are still playing a game
Following this: Tries on Trash expects that its members give their best efforts every raid, for the duration of the raid, in order to get the most value out of our time. This means a strong attendance, showing up on time and prepared, utmost knowledge of your class and of the mechanics of each fight, and a willingness to perform whatever tasks are asked of you during a raid.

We do, however, also want to have fun while we do this. Our raid team has built a comradery with each other that helps us push farther, and we want to only grow stronger with each new member. This means that we do not welcome any hate, negativity, or lack of maturity when it comes to progression raiding. There is a time and place to joke around, and we are aware of that, and we try to enjoy our raids as much as we can, regardless of how the raid is going.
