Nothing is confirmed until it is officially revealed, but it's looking grim for Litten's final stage... A possible silver lining could be that the in-game model may remain on all fours, only standing upright to use attacks.
Rowlet, on the other hand is looking better and better. I'm still waiting for the final stages, but I'm now leaning a bit more towards Rowlet as a starter for my playthrough.
Also, another thing I can take back from the trailer is that Absol looks to be native to Alola. This is wonderful news. I wonder if Mawile will also be in Alola...
