Looking for help with a new Video card

Current one is as far as i know is an AMD Radeon HD 7700 series. Budget is about 100-200$

or if i overclock my current one would i be able to still run new games with huge worlds like W3/batman with ease.

r9 280 or nvidia 960 but since you are from us and u might find them cheaper ur best bet would be 280x on that range mb like 20 more

dont get the 270x.Actually you have to answer us the most important question.What kind of games do u want it for and how long do u project to upgrade.For example i play wow and cs and i plan to upgrade in 3 years

Damn i just woke up and i forgot the most important thing.If you dont actually need the graphics card right NOW dont buy anything.From day to day amd will release the new cards.There will be a really decent drop in prices of the old ones.Or if u decide you can buy the 200$ new GPU

Get the 960 then.Its a bit better optimized for witcher and expect it to be for batman as well

The best thing u can do is wait for the new amd cards though but dunno if u can wait and not play the masterpiece that witcher is

At what kind of resolutions do you play?

when he says 960 it's a nvidia gtx 960, after that you get different manufacturers (msi, xfx, powercolor, gigabyte, sapphire, asus...) giving different coolers and pcbs on the gpu, is up to you to choose the right card for you.
The gpus will differ in performance (some manufacturers oc a bit, so you get oc right off the box), temperatures (some cooler designs are better at cooling), looks (some ppl like to have a black pcb, or a red one, some like the cooler design), noise (some coolers are lod when gpu is at 100%, others you cant even hear them) and size (some coolers are bigger than the pcb [gigabyte], so you need to see if it will fit in your case).

A ati r9 280x would have similar performance of a gtx 960 and would probably be cheaper, but it more power hungry (250w).
