[Guardian] Is Ursa Major bring 2% HP on the table, nor just the cap?

    Hi all bears:
Base on my experiments, if I am full hp, the Ursa Major will bring 2% HP on the table, nor just the cap.
If my hp is not full, will Ursa Major bring 2% HP on the table?

If 2% of MAXIMUM health is 10K, and I have 410K hp and trigger the Ursa Major proc, which will bring my hp to 420K?

Afaik, it increases health proportionally, i.e. your health % won't change. If you're at 50%, you'll still be at 50% afterwards.

Also, your english is absolutely atrocious.

    Infracted. Keep it civil

    Thank you, I speaks mandarin
And one more question, if the Ursa Major ends, it will decrease the current HP proportionally to 50%, or just reduce the HP cap, which means the HP will be 52%?

It works like Last Stand or any other temporary health, you always gain and lose the same value in current health as you do maximum health.

So are your manners. FYI, English should be capitalized.

No need to bash someone else for learning a second language and attempting.

OT: Were your questions about Ursa Major sufficiently answered?
"Why of course the people don't want war…. But, after all… it is always a simple matter to drag the people along, whether it is a democracy, or a fascist dictatorship, or a parliament, or a communist dictatorship. Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is tell them they are being attacked, and denounce the peacemakers for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. It works the same in any country."

As pointed out, the remarks bashing someone's second language usage are rude and unacceptable. Reported.

Part of answered, but this mechanism also is very difficult to explain in very detail way since it can not be tracked by skada^_^
