    Only worthwhile during the TBC event. I use FotF for WotLK.

    If they'd fix the proc for FotF, I'd probably use them for both events.

    Glaives are still better for WoTLK too. the 4ilvls are non-significant.

    Hm you might have a point there. Gonna try it now.

    That's right, Glaives are still extremely good for WotLK TW

    I'll have to try Glaives next Wrath event.

    Once/If the FotF proc is ever fixed, do you think these will overtake Glaives?

    If you don't have legendaries, the Venerable Mass of McGowen or Dal'Rends Sacred charge work just as well. The 2.8 swing speed on both weapons makes up for lack of any procs, hitting far harder main gauches and killing sprees than either legendary sets.

    I think we have a winner here.

    Do the heirlooms get scaled to ilvl 95 for TBC or to char level 70?
    Anyone noticed/got a screenshot?

    I tried dual multistrike enchants but that was a fail.
    Multistrike MH and Dancing steel offhand seems to work just as well as double dancing steel... I guess it's a preference option...

    Tested and checked on wowhead for couple of hours.
    I dare you find a better setup.
    Frostbrood Sapphire Ring (NORMAL) is slightly better. Don't trust wowheads scaling btw, it doesn't match the games 100%. Use 'Fake Item Links' addon to manually adjust ilvls, scaling them that way has matched TW scaling 100% for me so far.

    frostbrood: 11 agi, 13sta, 5cr, 7ha, 1red, +2agi
    band of lights: 10agi, 15sta, 5cr, 8ha, 1red, +2agi
    frostbrood = +1agi -1haste

    frostbrood: 14agi, 17sta, 6cr, 9ha, 1red, +2agi
    band of lights: 12agi, 18sta, 7cr, 10ha, 1red, +2agi
    frostbrood = +2agi, -1cr, -1ha

    With the fix to DS trinkets, I wonder if VoS will be viable.

    Good catch with the ring, I guess I'll have to get it... pretty hard without a healer lol - on wowhead the stats seem to be a bit different.

    Also it seems that best weapons you can get are.... from Throne of Thunder, either the mace or the fist, with red socket. You can add the prismatic socket for 25 extra agility and it should outweight anything else in the game at the moment. It seems you can also add a prismatic socket to the second weapon and use a regular gem. 35 more agility and some extra stats beats them.
    The amount of agility would outweight even the heirloom axes.

    Ok just checked. you can add socket on ToT weapons but cant add the 25agi gem... only 10agi.
    And you can get the claw from heart of fear and put 25 agi in it since its the only one that allows the gem.
    Getting the same results as the heirloom axes I guess...

    I am gonna roll multistrike MH and dancing steel offhand.

    So which enchant should I slap on my glaives?
    Some says Dancing Steel and some other says Landslide.
    I'm not sure which is better for Timewalking.

    You do act like a specialist though :P

    Agi is still better than anything else for rogue at a rate of 1 agi >= 2 secondary stats.

    Mastery is also kinda crap for Combat.

    Haste is good but not gonna beat agi.

    Weapon proc is 6.5% chance.
    I'll take some 25agi extra. thx.

    Also Tiny Abo is included in this set.

    If you're talking about the amount of crit, yes, the normal version has more; however, the heroic version requires fewer motes making it superior to the normal version.

    Heya Mobsy, which weapon enchants you'd reckon best for glaives in timewalking?

    Maybe you should have read the thread, then you would know this is actually not my gear setup.

    Nextup: Where is your math? You say 20 secondary are better than 10 primary. I don't know about DKs, since that is where you posted your answer, but I know rogue pretty well, I remember going for agi mostly in MoP and other stats only to match socket color. Also you say to not blindly follow others, but without any proof, we would just blindly follow you, wouldn't we?

    I didn't read all your posts, just the first one you mentioned there, so in case there is some actual math I apologize, but we would also need to have math for rogues on that before boldly claiming how to properly gem.

    Combat rogues were gemming 20 haste not 10 agi in MOP, because of passives and stuff
    Stat weights agi=1, multi=0.69, haste=0,67 it is for level 100 only, and in TW ur gear scales down to 70 , 80 level.
    (for frost dk it is nearly the same, str=1, mastery=0,7, multi=0,68 so example is relevant)

    Fine, as You cba to read, let me just paste some quotes :P

    Askmrrobot is for level 100.

    For each level u need different amount of stat per 1 % so it s not str=1 , mastery= 0,59

    THE LOWER level u are, the MORE % u get from SECONDARY stats, and TW is scalled down to 70 lev and 80 lev
    1 STR is ALWAYS 1 ap

    now we get to the point...

    LEVEL 100 for 1 %
    Multistrike= 66 Haste= 100 Crit/Mastery= 110 Versatility= 130

    LEVEL 91 for 1% (couldnt find info on internet, so had to calculate myself, it should be pretty accurate. Unless some1 found combat rating system for each level I WILL LOVE U!!)
    Multistrike= 17,6 Haste= 22,5 Crit/Mastery= 27 +- (versa CBA, im pve twink)

    LEVEL 90 for 1 %
    Multistrike= 14 Haste= 20 Crit/Mastery= 23 Versatility= 27

    As You can see, for level 70 and 80 u will need even MUCH LESS 2ndary stat for 1 %
    Same goes for agi vs multi/haste, but im quoting so just
    replace str with agi and 20 mastery with 20 multi/haste

    If you dont believe that 20 multi/haste>10 agi for combat (especially with Combat Potency and all rogue stuff) in next TW event just enter dungeon, make screenshot with your stats, then replace 10 agi with 20 multi/haste gem and compare on your own :P

    RoRO is basically insane for Enhancement, at least, with a perfect set-up. Its basically +90% AoE damage whenever it procs. Fire Nova ftw! Try to get the TF Heroic version though, the only thing that scales down currently is the agility, the proc rate remains the same, so you can get a good 30% uptime on it. Less useful for ST though as Enhancement.

    I think that depends on the dungeon set..
    Scaling of enchants needs to be considered.
    I would, as rogue go with Mongoose for TBC dungeons. But not for WotLK dungeons, obviously.
