Yeah it's Korean but this one could just be what we want... in terms of a real breathing online fantasy world and in terms of world PvP with consequences for all involved... yes even for the gankers.

Nope, but feel free to make megathread about it if there isn't already one. If it gets enough sustained activity the admins may consider it. As it stands, there's next to zero discussion/interest for the game in the forum.
