GE for example.

GE gets their little CORPORATE tax incentive for a couple billion, meanwhile their 300,000 employees have their income taxed (average $88k per employee, that alone is a couple billion just in income taxes), their employees pay property taxes, their purchases are taxed, the company itself pays property taxes, etc. All of the commerce stimulated by their employees is taxed, as are most of the businesses/stores that benefit from said commerce. They put their money in banks/savings, where its loaned out to make the bank money, all of which is taxed, etc, etc...

The material GE buys to produce their products has entire other industries built around just providing that material, which itself employs thousands of people, who are taxed, etc. And that production company who refines the material for sale to GE buys it raw from another company, who is also employing thousands of people, who are also taxed...

And every sale of these goods from one company to another itself is taxed. And it is all run on trucks and trains, who buy fuel, from a fuel company, taxes, taxes, etc.

Their stockholders make some money as they make profits, etc... Oh capital gains tax on every single share that made money.

Then the consumers buy everything after the fact, some more taxes.

Never mind you are right, GE and others like them are just materializing everything out of thin air for no cost and then getting their welfare checks. Good call.
This is such a long-winded non-answer to a very basic question.
