It is Living World now, Lion's Arch is changing now. It has been changing ever since the Battle for Lion's Arch, this is like the 4th iteration of the map. But the minute they add gameplay to it, it becomes

Honestly, with content like this being temporary, it makes a hell of a lot more sense. It's a pre-expansion event, and in just about any MMO I can think of that does something like this (or a pre-patch event), the content is temporary.

People are going to complain no matter what, "Oh but people would complain!" is hardly a valid excuse, IMO.
