[A] Dark Twilight - Bloodhoof LF Mythic Raiders 13/13H 5/13M

Who are we:
Best raiding guild on Bloodhoof/Duskwood (merged) and we are alliance.
Our current progress is 13/13 Normal, 13/13 Heroic, and 5/13 Mythic. Previous tier we were 8/10 mythic BRF and 7/7 mythic Highmaul.

Our Needs:
All competent raiders who want to focus on Hellfire Citadel progression and beyond. We want to maintain around 22-26 active raiders on our mythic roster. This helps us better set up raid composition for new encounters, allows people to take vacations without hindering the guild, and ensures the guild is not in a make or break situation over one person not showing up. We rotate in people to gear them up, give them experience on fights, help push progression, and give other raiders a break. Also, we strongly feel good players push other good players to play better. The more awesome we can concentrate into one area the better off we feel we are.

Raid Nights:
Wednesday 7:45p.m. to 11:30p.m. EST
Thursday 7:45p.m. to 11:30p.m. EST
Monday 7:45p.m. to 11:30p.m. EST

We currently clear heroic (12/13 in one night) on Tuesdays for easy gear. No raider is required to come to this. We do it to help get heroic pieces for those that aren't yet in full heroics. We save Archimonde for first thing Wednesday during the official raid so that our raiders have a chance at class trinkets and weapons, along with the ring upgrade.

Loot:
We use /random and award it to whoever wins the roll. We don't act like dicks when giving out gear. We give it out quick and move on. We are more focused on our progression in raiding over how uber leet our gear is. Good gear means nothing without good progression. Good progression means you will be very well geared.

We give tier pieces out to ensure raiders get set bonuses before we have people reroll to get warforged/sockets. Those that already have their first piece going for the 2pc set bonus, or have three pieces going for 4pc set bonus are prioritized over people with no pieces or two pieces. Gotta make sure people get their bonuses to make the raid that much more powerful.

Our loot rules may sound silly to you. They've been very effective for us thus far. If we didn't want you to get loot we simply wouldn't bring you along for the raid. Being in the raid and contributing to progression in our eyes allows you to earn any gear that you may win.
