Pet peeve: ghetto baby strollers

why stroll your baby in children's toy carriages? They have little baby wheels that make the child feel every bump in the road and they have no protection from the sun. So sick of these mothers. I'm pretty sure welfare will give you a stroller that will not kill your child.

Most of the ghetto children here just run feral, their parents only come out if one gets hit by a car or bit by a dog.

Oh, no... that shouldn't be happening. You can buy those small folding (real) prams for, like, $10.

If I never saw the show "Pramface" on BBC Three, I'd never know what pram meant lol.

But to be fair, I've seen some of those strollers, some are pretty identical. Sort of tough to discern.
