Hello all, are you looking for a fun, non-grind, strategy game? Then you come to the right place.
I would like to promote the custom game of Broken Alliances.
The game: Each game has 12 players, each player gets 3 random bases(see end of thread for base list) in 3 random locations. This is a part of why the game is fun, every single time you play its different or new, and you don't play the same thing over and over.
The game-play consist of minute auto spawn that you can add to by training troops, and improve by upgrading them. Each base also has a unique upgrade should you capture it (or extra gold for burning it). You get gold by killing enemy troops and burning their bases, yet you constantly have to watch your back, think ahead, and consider your position.
Thoughts on BA in general: BA caters both to skilled and unskilled players, every game depends on bases chosen, and those chosen by other players. Its always something new, but at the same time it is extremely challenging, and your ability to predict your opponents moves, and counter their strategy is essential. I personally loves it because it appeals to the intellect and strategic sense of the mind. You think you are good at strategy games? Try play this, and you will find yourself truly challenged. And!!! You can play murlocs!!!!

The map is a custom WC3 map, it is supported by an active community, and is still being developed further.
I have played a lot of games over the last many years, and regardless of their graphics, storyline ect, I always find myself back to playing Broken Alliances, a game as old as The World of Warcraft.
