here is what i came up with real quick. also i know you can only consume 10 stacks at a time but it stacks to 20. you said you wanted 10 to be 100% so thats what i did. it can be made bigger if needed with a little work. it may not be the best way to do it but it definitely works the way you want it. i tried some other ways but it either didn't work it make it look weird.
