Woman's face will be added to $10 bill in 2020, Treasury says

I remember lurking awhile back and seeing a thread about a woman possibly replacing Andrew Jackson on the 20. It seems the treasury confirmed a woman will be on the 10 just not which woman. Sorry if this is a repost. http://www.latimes.com/business/la-f...618-story.html

Yeah, and your opinion on this is?

That's nice. There's really no reason for Jackson to be on money.

A woman will be appearing alongside Alexander Hamilton, so no, it isn't a zero sum game if that's what you're getting it.

Can't wait for the freak out, but I think this is a pretty bad idea, Harriet Tubman was not a President.

If its mankiller i hereby claim america is now hostile to the Y chromosome, just that name should be grounds to never be put on currency.

My opinion? Cool beans. Personally I like the artwork of older currency but I have nothing against a woman on any currency. You trying to stir the pot here?

Hamilton is okay, but I don't mind swapping him out with Lady Gaga or some other woman.

How about we put people on the currency who actually did great things?
Rosa Parks is actually a good one, she represents willingness to fight for freedom.

If lady gaga was on currency we might aswell throw adam sandler on a bill too, why not?

    Well, this is pretty stupid.

What? Some woman who walked around interpreting for Lewis and Clark for a couple years is more important than someone who helped found Tennessee, and destroyed the Spaniards and captured Florida, and who also served as President?

    I vote for Albert Einstein
But he wasent a woman so all of his accomplishments mean nothing, apparently.

But thats the humanist side of me wanting Americas most valuable people recognized.
