Hello im not great with computers in general just prefer them over consoles. My current specs are as follows:

NVIDA GeForce GTX 460
RAM 8 GB
64 bit operating system
Corsair TX 650w power supply
Windows 7 Home premium

if there's anything else needed ill attempt to provide them.

Budget - 1000$ the lower the better though
Games / Settings Desired Fallout4/ Witcher 3 at moderate to high settings.
Any other intensive software or special things you do (Frequent video encoding, 3D modeling, etc) - No
Country - U.S
Parts that can be reused - If they are up to par sure
Do you need an OS? - no
Do you need peripherals (e.g. monitor, mouse, keyboard, speakers, etc)? - no

if you want to re-use your old hdd for storage do it and save the 52bucks if not i got it listed and it is inside the budget.
