I love how you keep throwing around hyperbole and no substance lol. "We're due for a rework since...", "A shaman rework is needed since the class is stuck in 2004". Why? What's wrong with it? Give me some substance instead of hollow remarks. Tell me about Lava Burst, Windfury, Shock Rotation, Lightning Shield Charges, Chain Heal, Riptide. What's wrong with these abilities that requires an entire rework as opposed to some tweaks? What do they not achieve in 2015 that you think they should? And before you home in on one of those and target it, changing one thing doesn't require a rework

And again, what you described is a problem with balance druid. A spec should not be "perfect at everything" apart from one thing (in this case, sustained aoe).
