Gruul UB/NP or PL/D?

Does UB/NP or PL/D give a better performance for single target fights...specifically Gruul? Not sure if NP ticks harder than the combined Blood Plague, Frost Fever and Defile. I just specifically wanna talk about those two talents and not bring Breath of Sindragosa into it.

Pl/bos>pl/def>np/ub on single. No reason not to play bos.

PL/Def i think would be more ideal if you dont wanna use BoS but then i havent done mythic BRF so i still use UB/NP on single target fights for normal/Heroic
