It will be like BRF, pug groups will wipe like crazy no matter the standards but it will in a few weeks get put on farm. A few weeks later than that most fights won't require voice communication. Gruul was a constant wipefest for the first 2 weeks in pugs because tanks couldn't co-ordinate for shit, Then the first 4 bosses started falling like dominoes with the exception of oregorger, which took about 4 weeks for it to hit farm status.
Ishkar is easy once you realize that you toss to a healer to dispel, to tank, and then healer to dispel. Those 3 co-ordinate and its gg.
