Preparing your guild for 6.2

Greetings all,

Just wanted to get some people's opinions on ensuring their guilds are prepared for 6.2 and HFC.

As far as I am aware, my guild has:

Stockpiled 125 food and mats to make more.
Stockpiled other consumables including flasks and runes (even through after raiders become exalted can buy permanent ones)
Sold any BoAs before the patch ended for guild repair gold.
Recruiting for the last few spots to ensure a core roster

Are there any other things guilds are doing in preparation to 6.2?
