Millions pay for WoW monthly and buy up plenty of other extra things. There is no discussion to be had.

Your title and your OP aren't immediately in sync. People read that title and will immediately say "WoW" even if they much prefer the other two series simply because it's been the most successful. Your OP describes success as "most positive and best made game." That's irrelevant to the title and people won't likely vote based on that OP.

The fact that I used to play them all (WoW mostly) but now only play D3 is the reason I voted for D3 but technically WoW would be the most successful without a doubt.

I went with Hearthstone, 25million user accts created in such a short time is impressive.
Whatever it is, WoW and Hearthstone are definitely at the top.
So I mean, no contest that it's the Warcraft IP in general.

WoW became part of the pop culture, even featuring commercials and tv shows. Pretty obvious answer.

On a more serious note, define most succesful:
Most money made on? Most players online simultaniously? Most players ever? Most often sold? Most transactions made for? Most downloads/devices installed on ever?
Depending on the criteria you pick, you automatically rule out some games.
