How Much Would I Need To Build A Strong Computer?

So, looking into building a new computer. I want to basically be able to play most games at high to ultra at a solid and consistent framerate. I also need my computer to last for 4 years or so.

I would need the parts for the computer itself along with a keyboard (which I don't need a really fancy one. Just one that isn't super cheap.) and an OS. I have a monitor and mouse, but I wouldn't mind buying another monitor. How much would that run me?

Also, just realized I should've put this in the subforum. Sorry, please move it if you wish.

What monitor do you plan to play on? Resolution and refresh rate are important to know before making any suggestions.

My current monitor is 1920x1080 and 59 hz but it is very old and I wouldn't mind buying a new one. Actually just use my monitor as the template. It's the HP w2408h. I'd rather beef up my computer and then upgrade my monitor later.

Oh another thing to add is it has to have a wifi card or wifi usb adapter included.

You have to provide some sort of budget ballpark. Other ppl think 1.5k is fine for others its 2k, 2.5k, 3k you get my point. As for lasting 4 years well you have to buy high end ring to last you that much and then might not be enough, cause thats the way it is (mostly gpu wise)

My budget ballpark is probably like 1500-1600 max, but I'd prefer to keep it in the 1200 range if possible. I don't want a top of the line computer that runs crisis 3 in 4k at 200 FPS. I just need something that will be reliable and effective for a while.

1180~ dollars without the monitor? That's very manageable. Thanks for taking the time to put the build together.
