    greasy apples

    why do apples get greasy after some time ? i like powdery apples so that they are soft, more convenient to eat cuz not so much juice and have better taste for me personally so i often wait a couple of weeks for them to ripe but then they get greasy outside.

    its not a big deal, just curious why it happens and how ?
