You certainly cant solo packs of elite mobs, atleast not in 707 ilvl gear. You slowly die cause you cant both, heal yourself up and deal enought damage. Taking away Spellpower also didnt help with soloing.

Well I can, so you're wrong, and I don't have any HFC gear apart from some boots. You can even take on huge packs with triple artillery strike into popping every CD, especially when you have 7+ stacks (as you should) of the fel damage buff.

I'm rather surprised you've been given 4PC tier this early. All our Protector tier went into our Hunters and WW Monk.

Whatsoever, Mythic launched without Elemental changes.
