Hello people, as the name of the post suggests i play an enhancement shaman with an item lvl of 687.
Raiding for me began in Kara and steadily kept at it until today with a major break in mop. my main account where most of my time was spent raiding is on Europe (can provide links if needed).
What i am looking for:
1) A guild that takes the game for what it is, a game. i enjoy progression and pushing myself to preform better but at the same time i do relish a calm and laid back atmosphere with jokes swashing in the background.
2) Competence and progression. while i enjoy a laid back atmosphere i do want to progress into mythic content asap
3) Talkative bunch while we're clearing trash or farm bosses its nice to have jokes flying around to keep morale high.
What i can offer:
1) Dedicated attendance with full knowledge and raid consumables available before hand.
2) Willingness to respec and reclass if the need arises.
3) Calm and drama free raider with experience in raiding and most classes.
4) absolutely no elitist attitude quite the opposite.

due to my work and university my time is somewhat stringent i am looking for 2 days/nights a week
my personal preference would be 7 pm est wed/thurs.
my availibity is somewhat flexible if it is restricted to 2 nights a week

We're a raiding guild looking for more active raiders for heroic progression. While we are currently focused on heroic progression, we do have an eye towards building a team to take on mythic raiding as well. We offer an enjoyable and entertaining raid and guild atmosphere focusing on having fun while, at the same time, downing bosses. The guild has been together dating back to mid Cataclysm, and hosts a number of weekly non-raiding events, such as a movie night and other games night for guild members on off nights for raiding. In addition, we run weekly alt raids to help gear any undergeared player that wants to be in our main raid team.

Recruitment Needs:

Loot System:
We use a +1 loot system. Under our system, each main set piece of gear that you win will give you a stacking +1 for the week’s lockout. Thus if you win 3 pieces for the week you will have a +3, until Tuesday’s reset. Everything is treated as a free roll unless someone rolling against you has a lower score than you, in which case the person with the lowest score automatically wins. If multiple people have the lowest score, it is still a free roll amongst those raid members. This is to ensure everyone has a fair chance at getting loot. During progression, preference on tier pieces is given to those who can complete a 2 or 4 set bonus.
Qualifications:
Attendance is our number one priority, and consistency is extremely important to us. We understand life comes over the game and we also understand sometimes things come up. However, we need people to show up on time or at least communicate their absence. Arriving late without sufficient notice results in an automatic +1 for your gear rolls for the night.
Raid experience is preferred, but we have shaped new players into great raiders before. We are willing to help you improve as a raider. We keep nightly logs of our raids, and have several members who are willing to discuss your raid performance with you. Just be willing to listen and learn if you aren't experienced. You need to be able to be open to constructive criticism.

Normal and Heroic Modes:
Any and all Interested In running as a guild to get extra gear for our Mythic Raids. These will occur typically at 5 PM CST before our regularly scheduled mythic raids. If the majority of the raid still needs Heroic then we will do Normal at 5 PM and if they do not we will replace Normal with Heroic.
Challenge Modes Needs:
Players with knowledge of the fights and difference between both heroic and Challenge modes. Your gear set for the Challenge Modes is gemmed and enchanted correctly. Mumble should be installed. About Us:
