Sonic Adventure 2 Battle, great sound track.
Sonic Adventure 2 Battle, great sound track.
Gothic 1/2, Stronghold, Borderlands 2.
So many videos loading, so this was just a black square at first, but I was thinking "It better be 'Don't speak her name!'".
The feels, the feels. That was probably the best part in any Fire Emblem game ever, although I suppose Ike vs The Black Knight comes close too.

I still like the music for Warlords of Draenor and Wrath of the Lich King best, followed by the Wildstar ingame music.
I was actually a big fan of MoP music. To name a few:

And from Final Fantasy I'll put up this track. (It loops at about 4:05)
I always loved the music from The Longest Journey. Always felt that Silent Hill's music was reminiscent of TLJ's music in a way.
Fast foward to 1:55, intro is pretty long.
Every video game music thread needs Kingdom Hearts in it
The somber feel of the song matches the somber feel of the fight SO perfectly. Such a perfect match.
And of course I had to link this song
I just recalled that Dynasty Warriors often have great music:
To name but a few.
That's easy: Super Castlevania IV. I still get goosebumps from it.
First number of favorites are: Theme of Simon, Forest of Monsters, The Cave, Rotating Room, Chandeliers... but then, as you're working your way up to Dracula's tower, the soundtrack becomes even more awesome with Bloody Tears, Vampire Killer, Beginning, Room of Close Associates... building up the tension for the grand finale: Dracula Battle & Ending. The Dracula Battle theme is simply monumental, instead of going for bombasm, it is an understated, atmospheric piece which makes the whole thing feel like a cosmic battle of good against evil. Well, I got carried away...
So far I don't like any orchestrated versions as they do no justice to the originals.
See video description for quick links to the start of these pieces.
Metroid Prime, easy.
Favorite OST must be Xenoblade Chronicles:
I really like Bravely Default's OST:
The Zelda series really has a lot of amazing music, here's a great OST to sum it up:
Then there's of course Kingdom Hearts, but there are so many games out there, so I'm not quite sure what to post.
Never played this game before but I heard it while listening to a top 100 video game songs video and thought it was awesome.
Also, this game isn't out in the west yet, but this song is on point.

Does it have to be an OST? Because GTA:San Andreas is my fave. So many awesome gen-x tunes.
Ah that reminds me of how awesome the Gen X Station was in Saints Row the Third. If it weren't for that game I'd have never discovered my love for Miike Snow.
