    Question about Frost stat weights

Hi, so I decided to try out Frost, and tried simming it with my current Arcane gear with all the mastery enchants.

Then, I switched out all the mastery enchants and gems to multistrike, but weirdly it is a ~3k dps loss.

Does multistrike have to reach a certain percentage to be a dps gain?

    Thanks in advance.

Iterations? Current Gear? Armorylog? Number of targets?
You need to be a little bit more specific.
Best would be both your simlogs.

    This is my armory: http://us.battle.net/wow/en/characte...ponks/advanced

I'm kinda new at simming too, so I'm not too sure that I'm doing it right.

    Thanks!

I have just switched to frost as I find it nice and easy to play in a new raid. I dropped my T17 4 pc set and just went for highest IL with multistrike I had. Seemed to work well . My talents aren't the best choice but worked for me. might drop MI perhaps

My normalized scale factors came out...Multi 0.65 Haste 0.63 mast 0.58 vers 0.5 crit 0.47 for patchwork type fight
I always thought multistrike came out way ahead. seems there isn't a massive difference in multi, haste, mast.
Also It seems I should switch to the haste wep enchant.
Frost seems viable now it you like playing it.
